The Exercise Coach

The Exercise Coach is a fast, effective way to exercise regularly that does NOT take up hours of your week. If you’re like me, and you find walking into a large gym a bit overwhelming, this is your gym. The trainers are fantastic. Each one unique and bringing something different to the work out. And each one fun and personable. This is my quick 20-minute break from the rest of the world. And afterwards, no matter how my day went, I accomplished something because I accomplished this. It’s a realistic fitness routine for anyone who prefers things to be small and simple yet effective. 20-minutes….in and out and on my way. And I always feel better when I leave than when I came in.
