I’ve been a client at The Exercise Coach over two years. I joined with the goal to retain strength and flexibility. I am very pleased with my results. I attend sessions two days a week and play golf at least two days a week. I have noticed that my endurance and flexibility have much improved in my golf game. So glad I found this place; you can’t beat a 20-minute workout!
