I stumbled upon The Exercise Coach and at first, I was skeptical that two, 20-minute workouts a week would be enough to give me the results I wanted. After 3 months, I was stronger with much better muscle definition. My Coach takes the time to understand my fitness goals so that the workout program fits my unique needs.
