The Exercise Coach

I used to exercise a lot, and have run 12 marathons, but I fell into a rut for several years because I didn’t have time for long, intense workouts. Now I know that is not even necessary!  I am amazed at what two, 20-minute workouts a week can accomplish – especially when you incorporate whole-effort exercise with whole-food nutrition. I am stronger, have lost weight and body fat and will continue down this path. You can see the results of each workout on the high-tech machines where the coaches tailor each workout to challenge you based on your increasing capabilities. The coaches are excellent, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and encouraging! I’d recommend the Exercise Coach to anyone who wants structured, individualized workouts that will produce results with just two, twenty-minute workouts a week!
