Once I eliminated these from my diet the dependency was broken. I no longer feel hungry within an hour of eating nor do I feel lethargic after meals. Also I was able to see which food groups were the cause of my breakouts. The weight loss was a natural result and I can hardly believe I’ve lost 10lbs. I feel satisfied and energetic with the new foods I am eating. I especially enjoy the freedom I feel by being in control of what I eat rather than feeling controlled by my cravings.
