Since starting to work out at The Exercise Coach five weeks ago I have noticed that while golfing I am hitting my irons about 5 to 10 yards longer than I was before. I’ve worked out at the YMCA regularly for the past 25 years and when I try to explain what the workout at The Exercise Coach is like I tell my regular crew … what we do [at the YMCA] in a week [I do at the Exercise Coach] in 20 minutes.
